How'd it come about?

This is a tune that was written in 2002. My younger brother Steve and I set out to create a background track for a friend's tattoo parlor website. This is what we came up with. The kids laughing is a sample from another song, and the organ is something my brother came up with. My influence can be found in the arrangement and the flange :)
